My academic interests as agronomist covered for many years the optimisation of different production and storage systems of fruits and vegetables – preharvest and postharvest technologies. With this physiological background I started in 2001 a tech company, offering all services around quality and safety of fresh produce. Meanwhile we are Dr. Lippert Quality Management Group - an organisation of four companies with 70 employees all over Europe. We are offering services as inspections, auditing, weak point analysis, pesticide analysis, microbiology, field and packhouse sampling, project management, coaching and training. Our claim is to always be at the cutting edge of developments in technology, innovation and food safety. This knowledge flows directly into our services and teams so that we can offer our customers residue analysis, consulting and control services at the most modern level.
